How do I place an order?

To place an order, simply select the product and your desired product option (eg, size, material, etc...) and click "Add to Cart". Once you are ready to make payment, you may proceed to checkout at the Shopping Cart ↘ page.

What payment options do you accept?

We currently accept online payments via Credit/Debit cards and PayPal. You are required to login into your PayPal account at checkout before placing an order via PayPal. For payment via Credit or Debit cards, enter your card details at the checkout page. All payments will be processed by a third-party payment gateway and no payment information will be stored on this site. Feel free to DM me if you have any questions regarding payment and I will be happy to help!

Do you ship worldwide? What are the shipping charges?

Yup! We ship all products worldwide (we will inform you via email in the event that we are unable to ship to your country due to ongoing restrictions such as COVID-19)

Do you accept product refunds?

Product refunds may be processed on a case-by-case basis. If you believe you have received a defective/incorrect order, do contact us and we can proceed from there. You may view our refund policy here: Shipping & Refunds ↘

What is the difference between this store and the RedBubble store?

Our RedBubble store provides more merchandise options for those looking for more products! Apart from the usual prints and graphic tees, you can find stickers, tote bags, and phone cases for selected designs. Feel free to browse around our RedBubble ↘ store to view the full product range.

Are there any new products coming to the store? Where can I get updates on new works?

I have recently launched my new display typeface, Spaceman Sans! It is available to purchase and download on the eStore under "Typefaces". Can I request a design?

Sure! Feel free to Contact me ↘ if you do not see any designs you like or would like to propose a design and I might add it to the collection in the near future.

What material are the prints printed on?

All our prints are giclée-printed on thick, archival, and acid-free 192 gsm matte paper.
