ONLINE PAYMENT

  • This eStore accepts online payments via Credit/Debit cards and PayPal. You are required to log into your PayPal account at checkout before placing an order via PayPal. For payment via Credit or Debit cards, enter your card details at the checkout page. All payments will be processed by a third-party payment gateway and no payment information will be stored on this site. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

​

  • This eStore offers free worldwide shipping for all physical products. Once the order is ready for shipping you will be notified via e-mail with your shipping details such as the tracking number for your reference.​

​

  • For digital products, a link to download the source file will be sent to your e-mail address after payment.​

​

Do take note that I'm not responsible for any:

  • Customs duties or taxes.

​

  • Delayed, lost, stolen, or damaged shipments during transit.

RETURN, REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

​

​For Physical Products:

​

  • As the products are produced and fulfilled by a third-party supplier, we do not accept returns or exchanges for physical products (such as Graphic Tees and Stickers). Therefore it is advised that all customers ensure the size, product variant, shipping, and billing information are correct before placing an order. Do note that all sales are final and no orders can be canceled after the order is confirmed.

  • Damaged/defective goods or incorrect products:

​

  • If you believe you have received a defective product, do e-mail us within 7 days upon receiving your order with the following details to neonskyindustries@gmail.com for a full refund:

 

  • Description of the defect(s) - Let us know if there are any defects in the printing/damaged products or if you have received an incorrect product or specification (for eg, wrong t-shirt size)

  • Clear and detailed photo(s) of the defective product as received (product must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging) - this is important! - as I will need to send this over to the printers to process the refund

​

  • The shipping label with shipping information including your full name, shipment number, and shipping address (the shipping label can be found on the shipment packaging)

​

  • A screenshot of your order confirmation email with your order number

​

  • Do note that all refunds (partial or full) are subjected to a pre-assessment on a case-by-case basis and only products that are deemed to have met the terms as stated above are eligible for refunds. Once the product is assessed to be defective, I will proceed to issue a full refund back to your original payment account within 7 working days.

​For Digital Products:

  • Due to the nature of digital products, all digital products sold on this website (such as typefaces and preset packs) are not eligible for Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges. For any technical issues or questions regarding the download, installation, and/or usage of digital products, feel free to contact me and I will be happy to assist!
